I am Vaishnavi Bhadana, a high school senior driven by a deep interest in the psychological aspects of human life. My passion for psychology is rooted in personal experience and curiosity.
Throughout high school I have devoted myself to studying it as both an academic discipline and a social science.
Across these years, I have worked to create meaningful change and make a positive impact in people’s lives. This mission has guided me toward volunteer work, providing a safe environment for strays, opening my own foundation-Paws and Effect, and providing mental support resources through my self-developed digital tool, Calm Companion.
I have spent significant time learning psychological theories, behavioral frameworks, and therapeutic approaches, which allowed me to thoughtfully implement real techniques when developing my projects.
My work reflects deep curiosity about human behavior, emotional well-being, and the social systems that shape who we are.
From psychology to community initiatives, i have immersed myself in multidisciplinary learning—bridging the gap between scientific understanding and empathetic action. My academic journey spans top global universities and programs that emphasize research, ethics, and the human condition.
As the founder of Companion, a self-help app designed for individuals with OCD, and Paws and Effect, an initiative connecting stray animals with safe shelters, I embodies compassion in action.
Exploring mental health, and belief systems through independent projects.
Founder of Companion and Paws & Effect, initiatives for OCD and animal welfare.
Completed programs from Yale, Harvard, Wesleyan, UPenn, and other top institutions.
I believe that mental health awareness begins with education and empathy. Through my research on political polarization, mental health, and cultural belief systems, I hope to contribute meaningfully to modern discourse on youth psychology and well-being.
This website reflects my journey—a blend of intellect, creativity, and purpose.
